Mirador is looking for an Office Manager to help support and grow our workplace culture. This role will work closely with our Head of People Operations to ensure that all office, facilities and administrative functions run at their most efficient. This will include, scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring all office supplies, including food and beverages, are stocked, greeting visitors, providing administrative support to the entire company and coordinating company and departmental events both on and offsite. Our Office Manager supports day to day operations to ensure the smooth running of the office and happiness of the team.
